Using this option, consumer can register for Consumer App

View/Pay Bill

  • Consumer can view the latest bill and pay bill using this option
  • For payment options available: Credit/Debit Card and Net-banking.
  • Consumer receives Payment Confirmation SMS on the registered mobile number

Register Complaint
Consumer can register the complaint/service-request using this option. After successful complaint registration Service Request ID will be displayed for future reference.

Customer Care
Consumer can directly dial toll-free numbers to call Customer Care Centre

Feedback
Consumer can provide feedback/ suggestion in case of any query/ suggestion regarding mobile app using Feedback option.
