The Solution Story:

Mr. Mehul owns a Construction Machineries and Equipments based Pune. He has decided that with the increasing demand for his product among small to medium industries, he needed a better retail execution strategy for his field sales.  After research and reference from a fellow entrepreneur, Mr. Mehul decided to sign up for a trial with Mobile based service management “Fieldomobify”.

Fieldomobify -a provider of elegant, cloud and mobile based software solutions for field service provider all over the world delivered an Android/iOs based vTiger CRM solution for sales team to visit customers and update details on a go.

The first step he took was to add his customer information details along with requirements.

Mr. Mehul then added his product information from ERP and assigned codes to his products, which allow him to be better view his product offerings.

One of his biggest concerns was getting daily sales report issues. To address this, he created a sales report form. Where he maintained the sales persons daily activity, possible sale/day.

Through using the Sales Order feature, Mr. Mehul allowed his reps to place orders, print bill and track sales real time in the field.

Mr. Mehul is able to see his field sales staff location along with all orders real-time on the screen. Customer’s signature with sales order resolved issues like misplaced orders.

Mr. Mehul was very much interested to be able understand location of his staff so that he can optimize the schedule day by day.

Mr. Mehul is happy with improved sales activity and ease of operations for his existing customers.

Reports Generated:

  • Commissioning Report: Commissioning report shows that systems have been completed in accordance with the contract documents and that the systems are performing in accordance with the final owner’s project requirement document.
  • Service Call report: Service call report shows the status of the service, start date, end date, to which the call has been assigned to.
  • Attendance Report:Attendance report shows the location, check in and checkout time of the operator
  • Location wise Report:Location wise Report shows the location of operators.
  • Log Book with multiple parameters (Commissioning, Diesel, reports):Log Book Report shows the asset wise logs captured everyday by field operator
